A choice of several gumbo dishes, including their best-selling Chicken & Sausage Gumbo and a delectable Seafood Gumbo are natural favorites. All lunch and dinner dishes are served with Gumbo's ciabatta bread and their signature butter spread.
For dinner, try the crisp-bottomed Crab Cakes or the Oyster Rockefeller—highly recommended as a warm starter. A few notable dinner items include:
Gumbo's best-selling Sweet Potato Catfish: Grilled catfish topped with tasso ham mashed sweet potatoes, oven glazed and served over herb garlic cream sauce and sauteed baby spinach, then topped with crabmeat.
Tenderloin George: Tender angus beef alongside a red wine-and-pepper sauce, topped with sautéed crabmeat and a Béarnaise sauce).
